“Creative Inc won an international tender to design a new corporate style for all our communication material both online and offline. As EUMETSAT is headquartered in Germany, we were slightly concerned at working with a company at such a distance. We needn’t have worried; we had two meetings scheduled, both here in Darnstadt. The first was a debriefing of the project and a tour through EUMETSAT explaining in great detail the work we do and its importance to global welfare. It was a lot to take in in one day. The second was a formal presentation to the communications team, showing three different design routes. Not only had they understood our business, they also showed a great level of understanding of the issues with our existing positioning and brand architecture, and clearly and precisely showed us a visual solution we were very excited by which worked on many levels.
The EUMETSAT Council immediately bought into their vision for the organisation and embraced it wholeheartedly. We are now implementing this solution across the organisation to very positive feedback. We are currently working with them on our corporate guidelines programme and, as is the Creative Inc way, they are showing us how to do things differently and more efficiently.
Creative Inc is a company which not only delivers on its promise but exceeds all expectations.”
Stephen Killick, Design and Communications Director, EUMETSAT

“We selected Creative Inc based on their reputation and strong brand strategy and design experience. We had just acquired Ireland’s largest security company (Federal) with over 2000 employees and we needed a creative brand partner who could help us achieve our commercial objectives. This included protecting our substantial investment in Federal, ensuring employee buy-in to the proposed brand change, diversifying our services offering, repositioning our business to become Ireland’s largest facility services company and growing sales in a challenging economic environment. We are delighted to say that our newly launched brand identity has and continues to aid us in achieving these objectives. Creative Inc helped us to successfully integrate Federal into Noonan’s business and brand through agreement will all key stakeholders (board, senior management, key customers) on a proposed new NOONAN brand and designed all our major communications collateral (print, web, signage, livery etc) on time and within an agreed budget. The impact has been great and no more so than with our employees (old and new) who have bought into our new vision with enthusiasm and energy. We would have no hesitations in recommending Creative Inc.”
John O’Donoghue, Group CEO, NOONAN (August 2010).

“Creative Inc provided highly professional and creative expertise through the whole process of developing and executing the Barnardos Yes/ No campaign. The team was committed and dedicated and went above and aboard the call of duty at numerous stages. They created a visually impactful and meaningful campaign that conveyed the heart of the message in a dynamic way and extended the scope of the campaign in new and exciting ways. They displayed a great passion for the work that was inspiring to work with and challenged us in all the best ways to expand our expectations for this campaign. Working with Creative Inc was a great experience.”

“IFG Group plc is a highly diversified financial services company with a market capitalisation of over €70 million (as of July 2009). Following a number of acquisitions including a company in the Corporate Pension sector, (namely Pensco), we formally engaged Creative Inc to assist us integrate the new companies into the wider group and to rebrand the Irish pensions division of IFG plc.
The rebrand was required to create a more aligned brand structure (as different parts of the business carried different brand names) and to assist the group to reposition its brand within the corporate pension market.
Creative Inc started the visualization of the brand identity by exploring several alternate options. The solutions we arrived at was a derivative of the existing brand mark which brought about a fresh new message to the market however also maintained the brand equity that had been built up in the business to date. The brand platform they developed for us, “Thinking, Years Ahead” set the tone for our key messaging and best reflected the values, ethos and direction of the group.
The rebranding project involved the design and roll-out of all our main marketing collateral e.g. corporate stationery, brochures, communication material and the entire project was completed within a ten week period. Creative Inc came to us with a strong reputation for brand identity development and design and we are very pleased with the end result which has been well received both internally and externally. We would be happy to recommend Creative Inc for future work.”
Suzanne McGuinness, Head of Marketing, IFG Group plc

“Equinome approached Creative Inc with a challenging brief to create a brand image for a new, cutting-edge biotech company that is introducing a breakthrough technology into the global bloodstock industry. They delivered a final package that exceeded all of our expectations.
The creative team immediately grasped the tone and intent of what we required and very quickly created a visual image that tacitly conveyed Equinome’s values – an image that reflects both our commitment to scientific excellence and our commitment to work in harmony with the traditions and sensitivities of a long-established industry with a deep heritage. The team repeatedly came up with new and creative means of delivering the brand and its message consistently across the full range of mediums through which we engage with our customers. This included the design and provision of all marketing collateral such as brochures, stationary and advertising, a package for the delivery of test results and website design.
Since its launch, the brand image has been widely complimented within the industry and it has helped give us a company identity to be very proud of.
Creative Inc came to us with a strong reputation, and in all our dealings with their team we never once found them to anything other than personable, highly-professional, enthusiastic and very talented. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.”
Donal Ryan, Director, Equinome

“We found Creative inc to be highly competent, professional and expert in all their dealings with us. Importantly, they more than lived up to their name — as they were highly creative. Our communications strategy was being hampered by different names and websites (Gold Investments, Gold and Silver Investments Limited, gold.ie and goldassets.co.uk) so we decided to simplify things and change name and rebrand. Creative helped us come up with the new name GoldCore, designed an excellent new logo and created excellent marketing material which will help us to establish GoldCore (www.goldcore.com) as a brand which is an important step in expanding our company and growing internationally.
Niall, Mel and the entire team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish and we could not recommend them highly enough.”
Mark O'Byrne, Executive Director, GoldCore

“Over the last seven years The Irish Greyhound Board has dramatically re-engineered its business to become on of the largest and fastest growing entertainment industries in Ireland. Attendance figures have grown to approximately 1.1 million annually.
Critical to our success has been our brand and its repositioning in the eyes of the consumer as a premier entertainment product. Creative Inc have not only helped us to make the right strategic decision in relation to our brand including the naming of various aspects of our business e.g. bars, restaurants, but they have also through the use of a variety of media (advertising, print and digital formats) created a very strong national brand. In particular the growth in attendance, revenue from bars and restaurants and our on-course betting figures which have experience double digit compound growth reflect the success of Creative Inc’s work to date.
Creative Inc have just completed a new TV ad campaign for us which we believe will help build stronger awareness of our brand and attendances.”
Orla Strumble, Head of Marketing, Irish Greyhound Board

“Saba is one of Dublin’s most popular eateries and cocktail bar venues. A central ingredient in our success has been our brand, as our target demographic is very brand conscious. We approached Creative Inc because of their experience in developing strong brand names and visual identities. Creative Inc presented a number of naming directions, the preferred option coming from the words ‘sabai’ meaning to be well or happy and ‘baa’ meaning place or bar. The visual identity and advertising Creative Inc developed, is as much a part of the overall experience for our clients and has become a very visible landmark on the streetscape of the Dublin social scene.
Creative Inc understand what it takes to build a successful brand and are currently helping us to further extend our offering with the creation of our Saba To Go foodstore. I would whole heartedly recommend Creative Inc to any brand manager or owner”
Paul Cadden, Proprietor, Saba

“Following a three way pitch Gallic Distributors appointed Creative Inc to handle our advertising for the Citroen range of cars and vans. Citroen has always been associated with great design and flair but with a low share of the Irish market the challenge was to increase the awareness of the current Citroen range and drive sales. Creative Inc’s first campaign, ‘Reflections’ started the process of increasing visibility (large print executions) while the later more tactical offer led campaigns for models like the C4 Picasso delivered an instant response in the increase of sales. During 2008, Creative Inc were challenged to adapt the new C5 launch campaign ‘Unmistakable German, Made in France’ for the Irish market. They succeeded in rolling out a strong and engaging launch campaign of a nationwide 48 Sheets, radio campaigns and supporting dealer network press ads and marketing materials.
While ‘08 was an extremely difficult year for the Irish passenger car market with an overall decrease of approx 17%, Citroen’s passenger car numbers held up well with an overall sales increase of 16%. We found that Creative Inc lived up to their name and a talented creative team worked hard to support our commercial goals.”
Niall Costello, Sales and Marketing Director, Gallic Distributors

“We are delighted with the concept that Creative Inc came up for Just-Eat.ie. Having fully understood the brief, they delivered a concept that we believe was perfect for our core target audience of internet-savvy 18-24 year olds. Since launching the campaign we have seen website traffic increase by over 75%, with over 80% of our new users claiming they found us via this campaign activity. We believe this success could not have been achieved without the right killer creative concept. In my opinion, Creative Inc have done an excellent job and I would happily recommend them as a creative partner.”
James Galvin, Managing Director, Just-Eat.ie

“Murray Consultants approached Creative Inc in May 2009 to create a new identity for our Consumer & Brand / FMCG division of the business. We selected Creative Inc because of their strong reputation in this area. Following a conceptual and collaborative process through which we were presented with a number of possible naming directions, we selected the name MCsquared. The project involved creating the new visual identity and design of various marketing and corporate communication pieces.
We found Creative Inc’s team a pleasure to work with, helpful and insightful and above all highly creative. We would be happy to recommend them for any future branding / corporate identity projects.”
Nicky Chricton, Director, Murray Consultants

“Interaction is one of Ireland’s leading contact centres, employing circa 200 people at its head offices in West Cork and Sandyford, Dublin. The company was founded by Karl Llewellyn and originally formed as a company called Phonenet based in Dublin. The company then opened a sister company in Clonakilty called eCom-Interaction and also formed a third entity called GCC through an alliance with an Indian contact centre. Although the group of companies were very successful operationally, from a brand perspective there was confusion with the consequence of missed business and cross-selling opportunities.
Creative Inc was recommended to us as a design and brand consultancy that had helped many companies to restructure their business and to help implement positive change through strong clear branding. Following a brand review it was agreed with management that a new naming structure was required to create a more aligned message to market. Creative Inc advised on the new name and suggested putting all three businesses under the umbrella brand name Interaction.
We were delighted with the level of design and attention to detail which Creative Inc demonstrated throughout the project and the new look and feel they ”

“Clerys completed an extensive €20m refurbishment programme in 2004 marking the culmination of the store redevelopment with an extensive new branding campaign. As a central part of the Dublin landscape, Clerys has been re-designed keeping in mind the heritage and architecture of the store. Creative Inc exhibited a great degree of understanding and appreciation for the synergy between the historic and contemporary elements of the brand.
The combined talents within the team, from their creative design to execution are outstanding and evident throughout the campaign. Working with Creative Inc has undoubtedly enhanced the calibre of our re-branding project.”
Liza Jones, General Manager Marketing, Clerys

“Following a strategic review of the organisation and its activities, Creative Inc was appointed to guide the Rehab Group through the process of revitalising its brand identity. This involved bringing together the divisional companies of Rehab under one strong identity that would reflect the positive nature and ‘can do’ attitude of the organisation.
Creative Inc held detailed discussions with both staff and management which resulted in the development of a modern new brand identity that enabled each division to maintain its own individuality but still clearly be identifiable as part of the Rehab Group.
The team was also responsible for the development of a new media campaign that included television, press and out-door. They also developed a range of signage options for installation at Rehab’s 100 service centres nationwide. The re-branding programme was supported with detailed brand guidelines.
Using their combined talents, Creative Inc played a pivotal role in all aspects of the implementation of this brand revitalisation programme and in helping Rehab to develop a strong brand which reflects the ethos of the organisation.”
Pauline Crowley, Head of Marketing, Rehab Group

“Heavy investment in Iarnród Éireann has meant real and dramatic strides in service levels to our customers. These improvements needed to be reflected professionally to the public through consistency of our corporate image.
We required a corporate identity that could be implemented across a wide variety of applications, from timetables to signage. Creative Inc quickly mastered our brief and delivered on our requirements with great innovation and professionalism.
It has helped to unify our businesses units — InterCity, Commuter and DART under the Iarnród Éireann.”

“After 17 years, we recognised that our existing brand did not reflect the comprehensive range of services offered to clients in recent years. We needed to reinforce or identity as an Irish owned firm of Pension and Investment Consultants whose core competency is the experience and skill of our people.
We have been impressed with Creative Inc’s methods in seeking to understand our business and designing an identity which truly reflects our proposition.
Their fresh ideas in terms of design, gives us a confidence to build awareness as the only Irish owned national firm and enables us to look forward with confidence to future growth and developments.”
Des McGarry, Managing Director, Invesco

“Enterprise Ireland commissioned Creative Inc following a competitive tender in June 2003. The availability of a cross functional team of design and brand advisers as well as previous relevant experience were factors taken into consideration during the tender process.
Creative Inc fulfilled their brief which was to establish a new coherence and identity for EI from redesigning the logo for use not only for print material but promotional and electronic use also. Our new identity went through several stages of development before the final result was achieved and Creative Inc were very flexible in returning to the drawing board even at a late stage in the project. The design team came up with a number of excellent design options for an extensive range of corporate material.
We found the team that worked on our new corporate guidelines were committed at all times to the project and their enthusiasm throughout to be commended.
The end result was a comprehensive set of guidelines which will ensure a corporate look for all our promotional material both print and electronic. We have already received very positive feedback from staff and clients, more importantly our staff seem to understand and appreciate the value of our organisation brand.”
Naghmeh Reilly, Corporate Marketing, Enterprise Ireland

“We chose Creative Inc to help us with the development of a suite of names for a new and important product range.
At the outset, based on their track record, we were confident that they could give us the help we needed. What we didn’t fully appreciate at the time, however, was how useful their naming approach would be in informing other facets of our proposition development work and our broader plans for bringing the new product range to life.
I would certainly recommend Creative Inc for the provision of strategic counsel on complex business issues.”
Adam Bacon, Head of Marketing, VHI Healthcare

“Scientific Systems went to the market to select a brand consultancy who could partner with us in building an internationally focused brand within the emerging field of Fault Detection Classification. In our selection process we were looking for the combination of a consultancy with a strong and proven methodology in building brands and one with an experienced and skilled team. We selected Creative Inc.
Our experience with them has been great. They have helped us to formalise our thinking, particularly around our messaging and have market tested that thinking. The result has been a strength and clarity around our messaging and positioning in the market and we look forward to moving to the next phase with them i.e. taking that message to the market.”
Elaine Hickey-Dwyer, Director of Marketing, Scientific Systems

“The re-branding of BDS by Creative Inc has benefited the company in a number of ways: It was the catalyst for an internal review of our services and how we deliver them. This review then became an education process ensuring continuity of approach throughout all levels of employees.
The new image together with the website, bill boards, brochures, uniforms, vehicles etc. has enhanced the esprit-de-corp of the company and has given a sense of purpose thus increasing productivity.
We are seen within the industry as a ‘company on the move’. This reputation has been enhanced by the re-branding and has aided us in attracting new management and staff. The company has consistently grown 50% on revenues over the last three years. We expected the growth to slow this year, but our new image has given us the confidence to enter new markets and continue the growth.
We have acquired five companies since the re-branding and will soon be ranked within the top five security companies in Ireland. Our image and message has aided us in these acquisitions by giving comfort to acquired companies that they joined a progressive organisation with a sense of purpose that they can become part of.
Of all the business decisions I have made, developing a brand (a sense of identity, a charter to do business by) has been my best pound for pound investment.”
Joe Ryan, Managing Director, BDS Security Management

“The DANONE GERVAIS CRM programme is a two-strand communications programme, based entirely on tightly segmented data streams. The Baby strand talks to Mums when their baby is aged 4 months, 7 months, ten, 13 and 18 months old. The Family strand talks to Mums of children aged between 1 and 4, at six month intervals.
A key customer insight that drives every aspect of this strategy, is that mothers are quick to ‘filter out’ anything they perceive to be irrelevant to the age of their child. The differential can be a matter of months. Hence, it is imperative that our creative accurately reflects the age of each data segment within the audience group, and DANONE’s understanding of their changing needs and requirements.
Two years on, every mailing within the programme receives response rates of 35 - 60%, and we have over-achieved on all acquisition targets. Much of this success can be attributed to the expertise and design interpretation of our team at Creative Inc. Their understanding of the data segments, and the creative expression required within each communication to reflect our growing audience, has been a true asset.
Data capture and analysis from the mailings has already enabled future segmentation across the product range and the age groups within. These findings are all fed back into the creative process and the tailoring of our communications. In this respect, Creative Inc contributes as a valuable partner in this complex programme of highly targeted, relationship-building communication.”

“The Faculty of Engineering has engaged Creative Inc on a number of occasions to develop a range of marketing collateral for our engineering programmes. This has involved the design of printed material, including its layout and content, as well as other material such as t-shirts.
Creative Inc also helped with sourcing the manufacture/production of same. We valued the insights and efforts of the Creative Inc team and benefited from their ‘non-engineering’ view of what we asked them to do. They are professional, responsive and easy to deal with.”

“The Company Law Review Group (CLRG) is a statutory body whose purpose is to review and consolidate company law in the interests of promoting and maintaining high business standards. The CLRG engaged Creative Inc to progress the development of a corporate logo and a set of design templates for use on all office stationery, reports, brochures, website, etc. to reflect its diverse range of activities and customers.
The project was completed to a high standard within the allotted timeframe. The Creative Inc team were courteous, responsive, approachable and professional. “Creative Inc’s work on the rebranding of NITL has been thoroughly professional from start to finish. Creative Inc’s ability to quickly understand and concisely convey the key messages through the different media was highly impressive. Their fresh ideas in terms of over all design has reflected very positively on NITL in a very short space of time and has allowed NITL be a more confident brand on the Irish market. Creative Inc has proved extremely experienced in producing a cutting-edge brand, both cost effectively and confidently in a short time frame by an extremely flexible and reliable team.
At Logistics Ireland 2001 the NITL multimedia piece as well as all other supporting collateral, developed by Creative Inc set the tone for the conference - best practice in action. A thoroughly professional production, thank you.”

“As this is the first time we have used TV to promote the college and its courses we were naturally very conscious about choosing the right creative partner. On one level we wanted to build brand awareness and on the other we had a number of important tactical messages we needed to communicate, all within 20 seconds. We only had three weeks from appointing a creative partner to airing on all channels. No mean feat. I’m delighted to say that in choosing Creative Inc we found a partner that did not compromise on creative execution while at the same time sticking to our deadline and budget. Most importantly we have seen an immediate increase in the number of enquiries about the courses and services that National College of Ireland provide.”
